The Opportunity
We're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our reach across Quebec and into Ontario. This is a commission-only role perfect for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing high-value deals.

What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients with budgets of $20,000+ CAD

• Target technology and entertainment sector companies for corporate video production needs

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, networking events, and referral partnerships

• Conduct initial client consultations and needs assessments

• Present 512LUX's video production services and value proposition

• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing

• Collaborate directly with the owner to ensure seamless client onboarding

• Maintain detailed records in HubSpot CRM system

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in creative services or event management

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (essential for Quebec market)

• Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

• Understanding of corporate events and the video production industry (preferred)

• Comfortable with a consultative selling approach

Compensation Structure
Commission-Only Position

• 5-10% commission on all closed deals based on performance and deal size

• Base packages start at $9,500 CAD (potential $475-$950 per sale)

• High-value clients often exceed $20,000+ (potential $1,000-$2,000+ per sale)

• Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions

• Performance bonuses for exceeding monthly targets
